I stand by my statement of it depends on your definition as I think the Genesis sedan has a very soft comfy ride from the factory, but I didn't come from a Big body Lexus or anything like that. Im used to being slammed on coilovers and air ride. Everyone has a different definiton of a "stiff ride"For reference my other car:

ROTFL, Love it! I too own a Genesis Coupe (3.8L V6 Track A/T) and a Genesis Sedan. The Coupe is a 2010 (really a 2009 since the manufacture date is 12/26/08; it didn't come with navigation or paddle shifters) and the Sedan is a 2012 with the premium package. I had a 2009 Sonata Limited 3.3L V6 that I traded for the Genesis Sedan, but had purchased the Coupe before I sold it and tried in vain to make the handling, braking and ride in the Sonata closer to the Coupe.
I was very fortunate to come across the WHOLE Eibach set-up for the Coupe; coilovers and sway bars, front and rear. I have found that yes, I still feel the bumps and cracks in the road, but the car handles them much better and is much easier to control; it doesn't bounce around as much as it did before when I encounted such things; and on smooth surfaces, it equals or rivals the ride of the Sedan on the same surface.
With that being said, I'm looking forward to doing the same thing to the Sedan when and if the aftermarket parts become available. My first "venture", and I just got them yesterday at a very discounted price, is to change to 20" wheels and go with 255/45/20 Hankook Ventus V12 evo tires! Pictures soon...
