The design is okay but it is too big for me. One of the things I really love about my GV60 is how small it is.Genesis GV80 Coupe - SUV Meets Sporty | GENESIS

^^^^. My wife easily would have gotten an GV60 if it were not electric.
Unless, of course, it is a Porsche Macan S or GTS. But by the time you load it up with "optional" features it gets a lot more expensive.LOL - if it weren't electric it would be much slower, less responsive, louder and far less efficient, in addition to being nowhere near as fun to drive....![]()
Nice to hear. I'm taking my GV60 in for minor service tomorrow in the Boston area, so I hope I have the same experience you did.Took my GV60 in to Genesis of Cherry Hill to complete two recalls, and the experience was shockingly fantastic!!
I was floored by the service lobby being an amazing third space, with complimentary automatic coffee machines, snacks, conference rooms, and designs based off of Genesis House in NYC. Even the friggin bathrooms had a one-way window to a zen garden outside.
The service staff was warm, welcoming, specific, and no-bullshit. They did complementary rotation, and swapped out my wiper blades free of charge.
I am very happy to see Genesis making progress on its brand experience in the US. It will keep me coming back to the brand for sure.
Now if only I can find a coffee shop that offers the same feel...

PA is about 300 miles long once you cross the bridge. Why not stop and ask them for sure. Most have a limit in the 50 mile range. As we look for a new car I decided to check out this forum. We love the G70 we have, but the dealer is awful. I have kind of ruled out buying a new Genesis due to such a bad experience at the Hyundai dealer. Thinking if I want the Hyundai dealer experience, I should buy a Hyundai.
I will be 1 mile from Genesis Cherry Hill tomorrow and am thinking of stopping by. Do they do the valet deal even if I live in PA?
I will check that option when I stop by. Interestingly, Google Maps shows me as 47.8 miles away min, and longer options are up to 50.2 miles.PA is about 300 miles long once you cross the bridge. Why not stop and ask them for sure. Most have a limit in the 50 mile range.
A very poor salesperson since you are already half way there to being a sales customer. It is easier to sell an existing user than to create a new user.I also had a very poor experience with the salesperson, who did not consider me as interested in a new car since I was there for service.
A couple of years ago my dealer did stretch out to a month but now is in the 1 week range.I will check that option when I stop by. Interestingly, Google Maps shows me as 47.8 miles away min, and longer options are up to 50.2 miles.
My local dealer takes about three months to book an appointment, and my issue is about something other than poshness but about being overly crowded in a building that is probably close to 50 years old. I also had a very poor experience with the salesperson, who did not consider me as interested in a new car since I was there for service.
Wow, you must be an old fart like me to remember nickel pricing on the Tacony. I remember wanting to toss the coin for my parents. The Tacony-Palmyra is probably not a nickel any more.
Got my driving license in 1961, my first car in 1962. Lived a few miles from the nickel bridge. At that time, the Walt Whitman and Commodore Barry bridges did not exist, nor did I95. Yeah, I guess I am old.Wow, you must be an old fart like me to remember nickel pricing on the Tacony. I remember wanting to toss the coin for my parents.
I did stop by Genesis Cherry Hill today and they said they do handle my area. I did not have enough time to dive deep, but I told the sales rep said she needed to convince me that it is possible to have a good experience over West Chester. I will go back when I have time.
Getting a sales rep was slow and I was about to walk out, but the experience changed when she found out I drove a Genesis already and had a favorable brand experience for the car, but my experience at West Chester was preventing me from considering the cars so far.
I see people on here who drive 100+ miles for a dealer, but I think 50 is far. There is a new standalone dealership under construction in Conshohoken, so I will have options soon.
