Curious about this statement on the 2012 Genesis. Do you get both navigation systems or which system goes with the 4.6?

TWO WAYS TO NAVIGATE.
Two navigation systems feature either a 7-inch touchscreen or a Multimedia Controller and Driver Information System (DIS) with an 8-inch display. Both systems have a text-to-speech feature, XM® Satellite Radio with NavTraffic® and display images from the rearview camera when backing up.
