I've got a 2015 Genesis 3. and had some transmission issues. The transmission started shifting very hard and down shifting hard when it shouldn't. The car has 56,xxx miles and is still under drive train warranty. I took the car to the area Hyundai/Genesis dealer. They got several codes, but didn't fix anything, and asked me to come back when they had a "loaner" available because they may have to keep it for several days. After two weeks I called and they said they hadn't been able to get to it yet. After a month, they said they hadn't figured out exactly what was wrong with the transmission, at the end of six weeks I went to the dealer and asked what was going on. They told me they can not figure out the problem with the transmission and had contacted Hyundai/Genesis tech for help, but had not heard back.
Any ideas on how I should handle this. Should I try to contact Hyundai/Genesis customer service direct and ask for help. If so, does anyone have a phone number.
Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated.
