Hello,
My name is Chronodave and I am the happy owner of a 2021 Genesis G70 3.3TT.
While my salesman and I were chatting he mentioned to me that I can't use the jump points under the hood because they don't carry enough current to start the engine. When I asked, he said the only way to jump start this car is to remove the spare tire and jump the car by hooking up directly to the battery.
I learned many years ago that the safest way to jump start a car is by NOT hooking up directly to the battery.
Has anyone had any experiences with jump starting their cars, and how has it worked?
Thanks for any help.
