  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Selling a brand new never-installed Magnaflow #15059 exhaust system. Price is $750, domestic shipping included. Retail price is about $1200, though I was able to purchase mine for about $850 in the initial offering.
I had an RSpec and intended to install it, but circumstances changed and I sold the RSpec.
This system will fit any 5.0 motor, RSpec or not. It will also fit the V6, but my understanding is that a front exhaust flange must be cut, rotated and rewelded, not a big deal to do.
Magnaflow makes an outstanding exhaust. Workmanship is flawless and beautiful. Had a Magnaflow on my 2011 4.6, which I enjoyed. The OEM exhaust is very restrictive, and the Magnaflow opens it up. Mileage is improved also. This original Magnaflow had an annoying drone at 1200-1500 rpm, which I eliminated by installing Dynomax VT mufflers.
This new Magnaflow #15059 is a different design, which seems to have reduced drone to a low level. But, if the drone is still bothersome, then install Dynomax VT mufflers at about $100 each (Summit or Jegs). I mocked up an installation on the #15059, and think it would be easy to do.

The exhaust systems for the 5.0 and 3.8 are virtually identical. A Forum member has installed this system in a 3.8; and said that one of the forward exhaust flanges did not quite match up - requiring cutting, rotating and rewelding this flange. This Forum member endorsed the system, and posted a video of its sound.

Rey, I saw his videos it does sound quite nice with it, the fabrication part is easy. But I got most of my money tied up in another project. :(

Does anyone have an in-cabin video with this exhaust?
