  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

If you are so inclined, it might be nice for Hyundai to hear from you when/if you get your tires replaced. It wasn't something they had to do (conspiracy theories aside) since road noise is the stated cause. I appreciated that they listened to the customer's feedback on this issue and took action so I wrote them a thank you and received the following response today:

Thank you for contacting the Genesis Customer Care Center and we would like to congratulate you on your new purchase. We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive feedback on the Hankook tire replacement program for your 2015 Genesis and feedback on your Hyundai dealership treatment.

What a pleasure it was to receive and read your email regarding your 2015 Genesis and we also have documented your concern to improve our Hyundai service department.

We make every effort to manufacture a quality product by researching, testing, and constantly monitoring performance. Consumer opinion and perception also play an active role in our ongoing efforts to lead the automobile industry in quality, innovation, styling, and reliability.

Your satisfaction is our priority and once again, we appreciate that you took the time to share your comments and satisfaction with the 2015 Genesis with us. We will ensure that the appropriate department within Hyundai is made aware of your comments.
We have created a case with the case number of XXXXX. In the case, we have documented your positive feedback. Your case number can be referenced at any time in regards to your vehicle compliment.

We highly recommend that you register your new Genesis at www.HyundaiUSA.com/MyHyundai. This site has been created for Hyundai owners like you and provides you with access to an electronic copy of your Owner's Manual, a place to store your maintenance records, service promotion or coupons and access to current Hyundai news. Please note that you will need your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) when registering.

You can write to them at: consumeraffairs@hmausa.com

It would be nice for Hyundai to receive some positive feedback from our Genesis group. Among other complaints that I'm sure they receive that are often times much easier to voice it's nice to also hear the positive, if you feel the tire campaign deserves the recognition. Food for thought...:)

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
That was nice of you. I agree, more people should follow suit when things happen the way they like...

No, they did not have to do it, but the root cause is that Hyundai chose tires with nylon belts that develop flat spots. I don't think any other auto manufacturer does that for cars sold in the US, at least not at anywhere near the Genesis price level.

...and so they are making up for it. Be thankful.
