  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

No coverart for music streamed via Bluetooth? And no viewing of available files?

When I stream music via Bluetooth, I noticed that no cover art is displayed. Is this correct? Shouldn't it show cover art on the screen?

Also, I have no way to view all the songs on the Bluetooth device on the screen. There is no "list" of them that I can find. I have to use my device to select the song I want, or just scroll through a long list of songs in hopes to find it. Is this normal, crappy functionality that the 2015 has?

I have have the Tech package.

What other vehicle does what you are seeking? Yes, we know, this is your last Hyundai.

I'm speechless! I hope it isn't contagious.

I’m afraid it is. This is the second thread of lowered media expectations.

I guess the worth of car has been siphoned down the fact of whether it can effectively play smartphone apps or not. Sad day for the auto industry.

Different people have difference expectations out of their cars and have different needs. A LOT of my focus in buying a car is the car's entertainment systems and media capabilities. I spend a lot of time in my car. When I pay $50k for a car, I expect it to work as well or better than the previous model that I owned, and I certainly expect it to work better than my wife's cheap $20k model.

Not sure how many have noticed yet or not but thought to mention if you don't have the 17 speaker Lexicon system it will not play DVD Audio (disc not recognized), I'm not sure if it was this way with the older models.

I have a 2015. No cover art via Bluetooth.

You could transfer your music to a USB Flash Drive and download it onto the hard drive in the car. This would at least give you a list. Not sure about cover art.

I haven't tried this yet because I get such a variety of my favorites from Pandora and I-Radio.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the hard drive music space (Jukebox music) is only available on the ultimate models. Can anybody without the ultimate option package confirm this?

Why are you asking about disk storage space?
You either have it or you don't.

If you don't have it this doesn't apply.
