There's a bit of a hot potato thread over in the Stinger forums which started in January. It's really, really long.
TL;DR: 168mph-capable 3.3 engines were governed to ~140mph due to tire choice and/or AWD option as ordered from the factory. Some early owners weren't informed and felt/feel deceived by Kia marketing. Dealers either can't or won't flash the ECU or remove the governors. Yes, you can buy third party tunes, but WHYYY?!
I see size, but don't see speed ratings on the latest release from Genesis media.
Yes, German manufacturers set limiters on their cars at 155. (I'm not considering German at this point.)
No, I don't plan to drive super fast anywhere but on a track.
Is there a High Priest Vatican Assassin Warlock with tiger blood who can tell us what the top speeds by trim will be on the 2019 G70? Speaking as a serious prospect for Genesis, repeating history would be sub-optimal in my book...
