  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Pics of my G70

Couple more pic of the white...

I do recommend anyone buying the G70 to look into the appearance package on offer as it covers basically everything lol just got a dent on my door and regret not getting the protection. Cost was about 1700 or about 20 bucks a month built into financing, i really wish i had my time back to choose the coverage..

Beautiful. Was leaning towards Mallorca Blue but now I don't know ...

Beautiful ride! I also really appreciate how your license plate matches your forum username. (y)

Nice to see some different colors. That green in pictures looks really similar to the Himalayan Grey. It would be nice to see them together to compare.

Totally agree! The dark chrome accents work perfectly with the Nurberg. I really wish I could have seen some of these colors in person before having to make a decision; stock photos don't seem to do justice to many of these colors. I'm really interested in how the Siberian Ice looks...

I'm very interested in that color as well! So far haven't really seen any pictures on forums or YouTube but hopefully more show up soon :)

Nurburg Green looks fantastic in the light. In an overcast environment it definitely looks more grey. It is a classy colour but I definitely prefer the more extroverted look of Mallorca Blue, particularly on the Sport trims.

White looks really good in sport trim, and those wheels just keep looking better and better each time I see them. Thanks for posting!!!

Try the dent wizard - Usually about $100 for them to remove a dent in a door panel etc. They do not have to remove panel to remove dent.

So angry.... So very angry. I washed my car last night and was going to wash it again, clay bar, polish, and seal today... When I realised someone had scratched it last night.

So upset.

A bit of paint missing. Scratched bottom bit too.

Just wanted to bitch and moan. I hate people.

God Damn people suck!! That is a weird spot for damage, maybe front end of a low car or shopping cart ??

I am going though a dent repair right now so i feel your pain although not as bad as this..

^ brutal first scratch. Tough deal. That likely wont buff out. I appreciate the DIY effort you had planned though. Nothin is worse than surprise blemishes on a new ride when a guy is doing his part.

Betcha it was some moron parallel parking by braille. Reason #31 not to park anywhere where the moron can find you...if that is possible.

Wouldn't have been a shopping cart, I park in an apartment building parkade.

The fact that a first scratch is inevitable makes it no less heartbreaking when it happens. We all feel for you.

Most people have little respect for automobiles. I often see people pile stuff onto the roof of the car next to theirs in public garages while they fumble for their keys. The worst are people who put baby car seats, with the baby in them, up on the roof of the adjacent car while they open their door. They then drag the whole car seat across the other person's roof to load the kid into the back seat. If you comment, they're often so stressed out from dealing with their "bundle of joy" that they go ballistic and act like you're a child-hater. It doesn't even seem safe for the baby to have them perched on the roof of an adjacent car. I wonder how these people would feel if you visited their house and put your feet up on thier furniture or if someone dragged their baby and car seat across the top of their $50,000 grand piano.

But, alas, to most people cars are merely a form of transportation and they have little respect for them as anything beyond that. We're the outliers who take so much more pride in our rides and who are so aware of the value in maintaining their beauty for as long as possible.

Oh man, I hope I never run into a person doing that, though I wouldn't be surprised by it considering the people I come across in my line of work. My daughter is no longer an infant, but when we were using that type of car seat I never even thought of putting it/her on top of another person's car, much less my own. Incredibly unsafe, in addition to being totally disrespectful! Haha.

People put their babies on top of other people's cars? That is ridiculous and completely irresponsible and disrespectful.

Babies, bags of groceries, backpacks, briefcases, I've seen 'em all. Let's not forget, some people have actually driven off and forgotten to put their babies into their cars. There are a lot of numskulls around and sometimes I think they have a propensity for parking next to me.

If someone has a real life picture of the 3.3T Sport in Santiago Silver, not from the media, please post as I'm trying to see how it looks with the dark 5 spoke rims.
