Question about negotiating the price

As you may have noticed in my other thread, I am still deciding between the 5.0 Ultimate and the 3.8 Ultimate. I have been researching threads on this forum about what people have paid for their 2015 Genesis. At my local dealership the 3.8 Ultimate has a sticker price of about $51,000.00 (not including tax and title) and the 5.0 Ultimate is about $57,000.00. What would be a good price to try for (reasonably) for either of these? I know that demand will affect how much they will negotiate but I have read here that some people have gotten some really good prices.

Also, if anyone has any good things to pass along about the negotiation for the Genesis it would be appreciated.

Wow. I read through the whole thread attached. Thanks! It looks like the Circle price for 3.8 ultimate is around 45,000 and for the 5.0 ultimate is around 50,000. I just need to figure out how to get the circle pricing.

I paid $46,000 even for 3.8 Ultimate it also included- Wheel locks, Tint (guaranteed for life), Pin-striping, Paint, and interior protection. Oh and dealer will re-badge trunk when the wings come in.

This was without circle pricing. I guess I drive a hard bargain.

good job Houston! It sounds like the Texas (I am assuming from your name) is a good place to buy and that the dealers are willing to be reasonable. I hope NC will be the same.
