  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

So I had my first business trip from Nashville to Memphis this week in my new R Spec. Most of the interstate driving was smooth and quiet. As you get close to Memphis the interstates get rough and noise is a bit louder. Unfortunately the back tier roads in Memphis really suck so the ride became quit bumpy but not totally unbearable. I love the car but those bumpy backroads do test me a bit as I had an MDX and that thing was a tank and didn't budge on those roads. Love the look so much more of the Genny so I can live with the bumpy ride. The cruise control system is pretty money. I like the conti pro contacts pretty well but wonder if some Michelins or those Bridgestone Serenitys everyone talks about would enhance the ride even more. The seats were also very comfy the whole trip. Just wanted to give my 2 cents worth.

The fact that the Genesis does not have adjustable suspension is something I hope is added as an option in future models. The adjustabe suspension in my Mercedes is just what is needed on bad roads, it has three settings; comfort, firm and sport.
