  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

The radio and navigation system stopped working in my 2013 Genesis Coupe.
At first it was intermittent, now it wont come on. Checked fuse and it tests ok.

Same issue, mine also turns off randomly at night and turns back on in like 5 hours. I am thinking that it is either a wire that is not making a good connection or that the nav unit is busted.

Radio not working and my Nav. System works on a few things then that's it. Where can I take it to, that will not charge me an arm and leg, in the Philly area?

I had similar issue with my 09 Genesis sedan. This morning, when I started the car, the screen was blank, no radio, navigation, or anything on the screen. Saw a thread on the forum that said to put car in accessories mode and pull 2 fuses in driver side panel; 10 amp and 15 amp audio fuses. Turned car off. Reinstalled fuses and it worked. Everything back to normal.
