Rear controls acting weird?

I just picked up my 2011 Equus Signature last night and when playing with the rear audio controls I noticed that the volume knob did not work however, hitting the seek buttons adjusted the volume. Also hitting the mode buttons did nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?

I don't have a 2011 but I would double check to make sure the rear DIS is enabled in the front menu. Not sure exactly where it is but I do know it can be disabled. Somewhere in the settings.

It doesn't sound like this will help you but at least you can check.

If not I would ask the dealership or owner who you bought it from. Good luck.
