So at 1100 miles I had the tires replaced with Michelin tires as the result of the recall. Both the old set and new set have really bad flat spots on them after sitting only a few hours. It is not dependent on temperature or tire inflation. Makes me think its the car and not the tires. Dealership service (which totally sucks (0-3 on maintenance visits) says "what do you expect its a heavy car". All my Volvo s were "really" heavy and never did I experience this. From almost day one I have had the air conditioning stink. Dealership can't fix it they just spray the intakes. I keep a can of Lysol in the garage and give it a spray every once in a while. The sunroof creaks and rattles almost constantly. The uneven tires accentuate this even more. I will say I like the tech on this car. The controller is amazing but my overall experience with this car is very poor. The dealer service can't do anything right so from a premium experience I'm missing it with the car and the service. So as I said I"m moving on as quickly as I can.
That's unfortunate, I've had none of these issue, save for the sunroof creaking, but its only in extreme cold when the seals are frozen, which is understandable.
Your tire issue doesn't sound like a vehicle problem though. It sounds like a tire that is not correctly load rated for the vehicle. My tires have been fine, both the All Season Michelin MXM4 Primacy's that come on it, and the Minerva Eco Stud tires I bought for the winter. On all of my tires the load rating is over 100 though. I think the Minervas I have on now are 101, and if I'm not mistaken the Michelins are 104 load rated.
