Hey guys…need some insight and expertise on rims since I’m by no means knowledgable about rims and don’t want to make a purchase mistake. I have a 2022 G70 Sports Prestige with the stock OEM rims that came with the vehicle…gloss back 19” dark sputtering?? I’m looking for that “flush” to the body look that I’ve been told can be corrected with wheel spacers. I have purchased Borla 4 x 20mm and 2 x 25mm just in case.

Can purchasing Brealin rims with the “correct” offset solve this flush to the body look? And what is the center bore measurement…hub cap?

Also, thoughts about coil over system verses lowering springs? Purchasing the coil over with error cancellation rods(?) will still give my vehicle the dampening that comes with the car??

Have you consider that the trade offs maybe worse handling and suspension performance? Maybe something you want to look into.

Center bore is 67.1mm. If you would like to get aftermarket wheels with the correct offset, you can use willtheyfit.com to compare them to my old setup, which is perfectly flush with the fenders. That website will show you how they fit.
19x10 +42 with 275/30/19 tire
19x9 +30 with 245/35/19 tire

I have a new setup where the sidewalls look way better and the car rides nicer, but i have a spacer in the front to get it flush, not sure if you want to run a spacer. Let me know if you want my new setup numbers.

You will also need centering rings if your new wheels have a center bore bigger than 67.1mm. So mine are 67.1 to 72.5mm centering rings.

You will also need to make sure your front and rear overall rolling diameter are within like 1% if you are AWD. That website gives you all the info.

I have Eibach lowering springs which are 1.4" drop and they still ride great. I don't know so much about coilovers.

Thanks!! Great info and yes…set up numbers would be great!!!

Here's some information off of my order from Stance Wheels. I'm going to transfer the factory rubber over to them and roll with it until I need new tires. After than I plan to go with a tire similar to what thatjawncrazy listed above. My car is RWD. I also just had ARK Performance GT-S Lowering Springs put on. I'll definitely post an update when it's done. Should be the first half of next week.

Lowering springs?? Are those the GTF or GTS....how’s the ride?
GT-S springs. I only have 4 miles on them at this point so I don't have much of an opinion on ride quality yet. The ride home from the shop was through town with lots of traffic lights and lower speeds. Couldn't tell a difference but again, it was 4 miles.

Hey Jawncrazy, have you experienced any running issues front or rear? What was the width of the spacers on the front? I’m trying to get the exact measurements without having to use spacers…

No rubbing at all even carrying skis and 400 pounds of college junk. 10mm spacers on front.

If you want exact measurements that will get you flush with the fender, here is my old setup (no spacers):
19x10 +42
19x9 +30

275/30/19
245/35/19

Use willtheyfit.com to compare measurements to that.

The tires I had on that old setup rode like crap. I switched to thinner wheels and wider tires but need to use a spacer now.

My intercooler will arrive today and catch can arrives tomorrow. Will probably be at least a week before I've got pictures up. I look forward to seeing pictures of your car!

I also have carbon strut bars, AEM intakes with Airaid filters, GFB blowoff valves, Eibach lowering springs, M&S rear spoiler.

KHAR Tunerz are the people to go to for mods.

Wow JawnCrazy!!! That’s 1.4 inch drop with Eibach lowering springs???? It does look perfect to be honest but I took a tape measure out last week and thought a 1 inch drop would turn the look..???…ricey??🤔😂..minus the glowing undercarriage purple light!!! One of the companies..ARK or M&S(GT-F/GTS) have a set of lowering springs where the drop is only .75 which I thought was going to be perfect drop until I saw your picture. Yes, I know KharTunerz…I’m in California and I will be taking my vehicle there for putting on my aftermarket parts.

Michael sweet ride!!! I was talked out of the matte look….DAMN

Thanks kayklae! I think the car is going to look phenomenal once I have the new wheels on. They'll come out a good bit from where the factory wheels are right now. Again, keeping the factory rubber for now. The matte (really satin) is awesome! It's not too bad to take car of either. I had the Matte Paint Pro from Dr. Beasley's put on it immediately and I hand wash it at least once in any 2 week time period. I actually enjoy washing it😁

What intercooler did you get, let us know how you like.
I got the intercooler from BMS. I really wanted to go with the one from Mishimoto but when I called they couldn't confirm fitment. The guy I spoke with was being cautious because of the new front end. I think it probably would have worked out but their product also requires quite a bit more effort to install. I'm not one to back down from modifications. However, I came to the conclusion that replacing the charge pipes wasn't necessary for what I want the car to be. AFE Power also has a nice set of charge pipes that I considered pairing up with the BMS intercooler. The price just jumped up by $100ish on those and that was the final nail in the charge pipe coffin😂. I'm not being cheap by any means. Prices are getting ridiculous and some companies are rolling out those price increases on stock that was produced before their input costs increased. I understand the business aspect of it all but I work too hard to just give my $ to a company for no good reason. End rant😂😂😂

What name brand rims did you find??? I can only find Vossen rims with those exact offsets.

FYI, the rear wheels/tires in your picture will be perfectly lined up with the fenders, but the front wheels/tires will not be. The yellow is my old setup (flush) and the green is your setup.

Also, especially if you are AWD, the rear tires should be 275/30/19, not 275/35/19. Generally you don't want staggered tires with the same sidewall ratio number. It looks pretty weird. The sidewall will be 35 percent as high as the tire is wide...but you have different widths front and rear.
