  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Rspec on Dyno today

Did you disable the ESC for this test?
(I don't mean putting it in 'Less-Nanny" mode by pressing the ESC button, I mean really disable it)

I'm curious if you did not, did the ESC system show any signs of interfering with the test results?

From the tests on my last "fun" car, we saw about 20% loss through the drive-train (it was also an Auto) and ran it in 4th, which was 1:1
We ran tests with the ESC in all three modes (100%, 50% and OFF) and at least on the Chrysler, the charts showed it.
For some reason, when the ESC was on the motor wanted to hesitate at times.
Never did figure out why...maybe it was something in the program.

Of course the Genesis is a completely different animal and maybe the ESC would have no effect at all... just curious.
Just came across this forum. Unless the 12' is different then the13' 12gage is correct. Fifth gear is 1:1, 4th is 1.17:1 as I recall.

Where can I buy all these items? I have a stock 2012 Titanium R-Spec in perfect condition with only 17k miles. Time to add some upgrades!
