  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Took my 2010 4.6tech to Ed Voyles Hyundai in m
Marrietta GA today for it's first oil changes.
The Genny has 2500 miles. Brett, Rob and team were great to work with. Very responsive and demonstrated more care than I ever recieved at previous Lincoln dealership. Oil change was free (to be expected for first oil change. They dido not simply wash the car when done, they fully detailed the car, a first for me. I have been very vocal on the Hyundai circle website about the importance of service care if Hyundai is to have long tern success penetrating the lux niche. With service like Brett and Rob provided me earlier today, there is hope for success.

That's GREAT to hear! :)

There have been tons of service gripes in this forum, but my experience at Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel, Maryland has been 100% positive for the past 6 years - first with my Azera and now with my Genesis. Car dealerships are independent businesses, and some are run better than others. If you are in an area with more than one dealer nearby and you're unhappy with your service, take your business down the road!

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
That's a great experience - my local dealer is no where near as good.

Dealerships are one thing, Hyundai corporate is another. It has been my concern that H corp wasn't standing up the way I thought it should to bring Hyundai into the luxury car "experience. BOY WAS I WRONG!

I've been talking to H corp through my dealership and corporate has expressed great dismay at my experience and has put it's money where it's mouth is. They have totally convinced me that they're serious about upgrading the service experience and are in the luxury car business for real!

I won't divulge what our discussions have been (yet, at least, because they're incomplete) but wanted to eat a little crow here to let everybody know that Hyundai is really standing up.

Wahoo, your service experience is good to hear as Ed Voyles Marietta Ga is my dealer as well. I posted a thread on my first service experience and it was not so good but it wasn't the local dealers fault. Hyundia had a problem providing the needed parts. A 5 to 6 week wait was to long. Hopefully my future service needs will be much better. I agree the guys at Ed Voyles are great!
