Don't order from these guys' website. I never received wings for steering wheel that i ordered. I then used the ebay order process and got them in about ten days from this vendor. Currently working on dispute through paypal.

Ditto... I have been dealing with this also. Monday If I don't get an answer I will be in a dispute also. Ordered on 10/26/11 and have been going back and forth with a guy by the name of Jay. If not resolved I will post all of the replies/Lies on the site for everyone to see.

Please note we get at least 50+ transactions per day and some of things are being shipped from Korea that things do happen without our control.

Really don't care how long you have been on the forum or how many orders you have per day. Your customer service has been contacted many times by email and also phone attempt. Orders should be followed through no matter where they come from, Korea or not...

I also have had the same problem with this vendor. I ordered the steering wheel wings on Ebay, paid via PayPal and never received the product. I have sent them approximately 6 emails to no avail.

Only use this vendor's ebay site. They never sent me my order that was placed directly and this week I received some Genesis wheel caps that I did not order, did not pay for, and there is no order info on, or in the package as to who it should go to; and no packing list, no invoice number, no nothing.
