  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Show off your aftermarket wheels thread.🚗

On the tire? Yes. Took the pic before I ripped it off.

I love your setup. Would you mind posting your complete specs if possible?

springs?
Wheel demensions?
Tire sizes?

thanks in advance.

How are those tires compared to the stock ps4?

How are those tires compared to the stock ps4?
I only have a hundred miles on them but I like them alot. I've always liked Falken tires. These in particular are really quiet and super grippy. They have stiff sidewalls and you can definitely feel how well planted they are in the corners. They're definitely summer, high performance tires and take a while to warm up in the cold but once warm, they're at least on par with the PS4s from my early observations.

Mine are a lot wider than the stock size which helps too, so not a direct comparison. Overall, with the combination of the Eibach springs, wider tires, and lighter wheels, the car definitely handles better. It handles much more like an all out sports car now.

I'm with you on those tires. I've always loved the Azenis, especially the RT615K, it's like an R compound tire for the street. The 510, I think, would be the best compromise for street driving on this car without having to break the bank.

I went with the 510s because they are a good balance between longevity, quiet ride, and performance which is perfect for a street car. Price is good too, but that is just an added bonus ;-). I've had great experiences with Falkens on previous cars.

Double post, but adding the pics here for anyone looking for aftermarket wheel ideas.

You’ll be replacing them more at 200 treadwear. Thought about the PS4S? Or are you trying to do a bigger jump in traction. With our weather you probably could get away with running cup2s year round

ya i was thinking the increased traction would be the only way to drop my 60 foot. it is nice we dont have to switch out to winter tires for sure.

so i picked up the falken fk510 for front tires and have sport cup2s on order for the rears. those should be in monday i hope. @MG8 hooked me up with my fronts last week so hopefully i get it all on in time for the drag strip next friday.

Alright so I got my wheels and tires put on. Absolutely love the way it’s sitting now
