  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Yes - I am like-minded. I did call as well and was given some possible substitutes (17, 21, 66, 67, 68 and 76) but none are similar. I used your link to email them and said I would certainly not be renewing my contract.

Great, let's keep the heat on. I think Sirius XM is doomed anyway as Internet-automobile technology evolves. You'd think they wouldn't want to irk subscribers by canceling a modern classics channel like ESCAPE. Unfortunately, a 30-40 year-old manager doesn't know much about music of this vintage. I have the same problem at my fitness club. All they play is the current crap. No homage whatsoever to music variety. I just put in my earplugs and watch a TV news channel with closed captions.

The ESCAPE channel also used to be much better till they watered it down to mostly instrumentals. Some would call it elevator music, but I would call it upbeat, relaxing, soothing, romantic and very pleasant. Great traveling music, not to mention in the bedroom whilst ....

Yay, ESCAPE had been restored to XM radio on Channel 69 as of yesterday. They couldn't stand the heat from upset folks. How ridiculous to have removed it just one month ago.

I got an email from them saying they were putting it back on the air.
