I was driving on a deserted road yesterday so figured i'd do some 0-60 runs in my 2010 4.6.
First run i had esc on, from a dead start and just floored it in automatic. i looked down and was shocked to see 8.3 seconds come up. so figuring i timed wrong or messed up something i went again
this time i did a rolling start at about 5 mph, esc off and full auto mode. this time i managed a 7.6
not knowing what to think, i did a third one. this time with esc on, rolling start, and in manual mode. still was at 7.8
Granted my measuring with an iPhone stop watch isn't the most accurate, but this is absurd! where is my power? I'm worried the engine is misfiring, but no lights are on. on a good note i was getting 33 mpg highway, but i'm really questioning what could be wrong here
any ideas?
