Anyone tried the SLR power chip on their 4.6 Tau? Does it void the Warrenty if it is installed?

You need more power? I kinda feel like the V8 is overkill, but to each his own. As far as your warranty concerns, the simple answer is: Maybe. Say your subwoofer goes out or the rear window shade won't retract, then they can't claim that the chip had anything to do with those components, and you should be fine. Then let's say you're feeling zesty one day and decide to take your car to a drag strip or race a Porsche on your local freeway onramp and the car for what ever reason dies on you or the check engine light comes on... you call Hyundai roadside assistance and they tow you to the nearest dealer only to discover that you have a blown head gasket, they have cause to blame it on the aftermarket CPU and you're fck'd.

Can someone explain to me how it would be theoretically possible to add 50+ HP while improving 10-20% MPG and reducing emissions?
EDIT: without dropping the car off of a cliff!
*cough* 10 year warranty *cough*
