Thanks, that's helpful but unfortunately, given the below, not determinative in STOP AND GO TRAFFIC which is what I'm concerned with.
I read through the Owner's Manual, Pages 5-54 - 5-63
"The Smart Cruise Control speed
can be set as follows:
• 20 mph (30 km/h)~110 mph (180
km/h): when there is no vehicle in
front
• 0 mph (0 km/h)~110 mph (180
km/h):
when there is a vehicle in
front"
So the car CAN be set to move at less than 20 IF there is a car in front BUT it
"Cancelled automatically [when?] ...
• The vehicle stops and goes repeatedly
for a long period of time."
So how long is a long period which will cancel the SCC being usable??
What I think I really need is someone who has driven the car for a while and used it in stop and go traffic and had it work with just repeatedly hitting the Resume button or who can say it will NOT work this way to pretty please chime in.
