  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

So how do you drive your Genesis?

Well, the Genesis is MY only car, technically. I'm a motorcycle cop,
so the Genesis stays parked for most of the week while I'm out on
the police bike. If the weather's nice on the weekends, I'll take my
personally owned motorcycle out. So, even though the Genesis is
technically a daily driver, it's only driven a time or two a week.

I have 2 other cars, so I actually only drive the Genesis on the weekends, or for road trips, of maybe if I have some fun during the week but that's it. I store it in my garage in the winter. It's a 2009 with 24,000 miles on it. Only drove it 5,000 miles last year:cool:

I spanked a Charger R/T on the highway today...still averaging 22mpg :)

I love it so much that I drive it every chance I get and most places I go. The only time I do not drive it is when the "other half" goes somewhere by herself or I need to haul something in the Ford F-250 Diesel.
Drove it by myself 515 miles one day last week; long trip, but sure easier in the Genesis. XM all the way.
