Going to try and explain this the best I can.
Bought a 2010 Gen Coupe 2 days ago. 54k miles. It was raining the whole process over 2 days. Finally no longer raining, now i noticed a sound coming from the left side front tire when the steering wheel goes to the left.
It doesn't matter how much its turned to the left, even 1 mm i start hearing this sound and where my left foot rests (its an auto, so if it was a clutch this would be in that area) i feel a "bump/vibration" at the exact same time I hear the bumping. It is constant, and has an exact rhythm to it. It seems to be speed related, as I went to a gas station to check it out when I found out about it, and it was not doing it at low speeds.
Some times, I don't notice it at higher speeds either. I would say I notice it the most between 40 mph up to 60 mph.
While i was outside the vehicle, I tugged on the wheel to see if it was loose at all, as well as the steering arm connecting to it. Nothing seemed loose.
This is a certified used vehicle, so I am hoping I can take it in to resolve any issue, but was curious as to what others may think it could be.
The best way I can explain the sound, is it sounds like something is rubbing almost.but its not a constant sound. I am on flat surface when it happens, so I am not going over bumps or anything.
It is the 3.8 Track version of the car.
