I hope I'm wrong but I don't think that interior is going to be attracting any customers. Maybe it is just the colors/designs that have been leaked but it definitely will be competing for the ugliest interior in the class. Then again, it is all a matter of personal preference and it may be loved by some.
I like the sign at the top of the first photo. They should put one of them in every dealer, especially the service department. That makes the second sale much easier to get from a happy customer.Wow.......

Based on spy photos or did you see a final design? That can be misleading as interior coverings can be changed in a short time. If they are on the road testing suspension and drivetrain they could be using some quickly put together interior. OTOH, shape of the dash, instruments, controls are probably final. While I'm comparing spy photos to real-life experience, my opinion is that the Palisade Ultimate has a far more luxurious cabin than the Genesis.

Nothing says luxury like plain simple plastic. Maybe they can recreate the plastic slip covers from 1960s furniture.I'm pretty sure there was an article within the last 6 months or so that quoted someone from Genesis saying, and I'm paraphrasing here, that the interiors of the new models will be spartan/plain/simple, etc. Perhaps I'm misremembering and will try to find it.
Perhaps my wording was not clear, the Genesis views are of spy photos, as contrasted to having actually been able to sit in a Palisade.Based on spy photos or did you see a final design? I have to agree with you on the Palisade having more Luxurious interior then the GV80. The interior of the Palisade looks and feels amazing it really shocked me as I thought the US spec to be more cheaper inside then the Korean Model. Kind of feel like Genesis might have missed the spot on the interior of the GV80. Also seems odd no Sport model for the GV80. I suppose they are going to get rid of that on the G80 as well. Only Sporty models would be the G70 and GV70Perhaps my wording was not clear, the Genesis views are of spy photos, as contrasted to having actually been able to sit in a Palisade.
I mean true but at the same time for what we have via Spy Shots of what looks like very close for Production pieces I am going to stick with my initial reaction. Until I see it in person then I will go ahead and give my 100% input but for now this is all I have to say.Nobody has ever seen this car...it’s not even out yet...let alone revealed!!
Pointless to draw such silly and baseless conclusions...c’mon people.
