Getting familiar with the group...
I have seen alot of staggered fits with 10.5" rears so is it possible to go 11"? if so, what offset/tires/camber..etc?
well it is big pile of problems maybe but to my eyes or whoever that love this style will like it. Tuning car to me is like me wearing different type of shoes and cloth. Its about style that you like and if i want something i work hard to get it. So whatever it takes if i decided to go for it then i do it. But for your point of view it's just not your style or too much trouble to just fit a set of wheel. So until you get to like that style of tuninh you probably say "why?" And my simple answer will be "i like it"Not to be a negative nellie, i just don't understand any logical reasoning for doing this. sounds like a big pile of problems for no benefit.
Thank you!Because some people like the look, but it's not for everyone.

Any questions?
I'm 31 and agree that there is no point in using excessive sizes.

For me though, this car is gonna be a family car so nothing crazy like this.
im 30 and i honor everybody's own taste of tuning car style. im not saying excessive wheel size on the car looks better then others. it's just i love that style of the look and some people don't. im more into wide look of the sedan and vip style. i know that not everybody likes the style but i don't understand why some people hating and bashing other people's build and style. and this thread was started a guy trying to see if he can fit wider wheels then he have seen before. i just throw out my spec so he can have at least of somewhat idea of what he can do on his ride. i tried to help people.
Every car has different inner and outer wheel clearances and optimal offset ranges based on differing suspension gemoetry. It's comparing apples to oranges.hey I just wanted to know if it was possible. I have seen other cars with 11" rear width so I figured that the genesis had a bigger rear fender well that it may fit.

well. most of the hyundai's vehicle's q-panel now is folded so no need to roll. mine was about 3/4 to an 1inch pull but needs about another 1inch's to 1 1/2 inch pull this is because i have 0 offset on the rear.Ditto ↑↑↑ Nice looking LS.
Want to check change in fitment between different rim widths and offsets there are two sites I use.
http://www.willtheyfit.com/
http://www.fitmywheels.com/ can include the camber.
Rule of thumb on camber change in Front:
One Inch = -.75*°
Two Inches = -1.50°
Three Inches = -2.50°
Rear:
One Inch = -.50*°
Two Inches = -1.00°
Three Inches = -2.00°
Garcia When You say slight pull in rear how much are you talking? I'm guessing rolling wasn't enough.
if you have right offset it might. only thing about genesis sedan is that rear shock body is pretty close to the inner barrel of the wheel. so too high offset with 11in wide in the rear might not fit.hey I just wanted to know if it was possible. Because a lot of people who want to try it don't grasp what they are trying to do. Everything about VIP/stance is harmful to the car, whether it's handling, ride, or reliability, on half of questionable tastes in aesthetics. It makes a car completely useless, which is why stance is a cancer to the automotive enthusiast community. If a part won't fit correctly without benefiting the car, it's not really helping anyone unless their intention is a parking lot queen.
