Steering Wheel Controls Broken

Hello,
Recently my last/next track button on my steering wheel has been deteriorating. Now must of the rubber coating is gone.

Is there an easy way to replace this button? Or does the whole steering wheel need replacement?

I included a pic below. Any help is appreciated. I use this button a lot and the new feel is annoying.

I'd see if you could just get a used steering wheel off Ebay that's in good shape & raid it for parts...
