  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Steering wheels wings??

I bought the sticker too... But I didn't like the way it didn't sit flush at all. Not a well made or designed item IMO. I am not going to put it on after test fitting and not liking the look. I guess I'm staying with the Flying H. I have the cashmere interior and have not seen the airbag replacement in that color. Oh well..the rebadged wheels and rear will have to do...

I believe the "Beige" listed on SFR website is the correct color for the SFR airbag to match your cashmere interior. May want to contact SFR to find out.

Interesting. I found some 3D chrome badge on ebay. But the seller claims it's for coupe only. They have ordered sedan badges but not there yet.

I saw those a couple of days ago! Wonder if there are any coupe AND sedan owners (or rich, or risk-taking) members who might order and check if they fit the sedan? That looks much better than the "non-3D" sticker. Curious how shiny the black is, though...

I bought the 3D badge on ebay for the Coupe to see if it would fit on my Sedan, but unfortunately it was too small, fortunately though it fits my coupe perfectly LOL.

Will be most likely buying a Gen this summer, and I don't post so much, but I read, read, read - and I would love to see more pictures of the steering wheel badge, than the ones posted already on the forum - Having never seen one "in person", I can't get a good gauge how it "really" looks - the airbag replacement is a pretty hefty price...

If you "pad" it with more tape, so you ensure it doesn't "cave in" while installing (and I've heard sometimes the vacuum inside also affects the badge), well... it's better than the lazy H in my opinion.

If I was made of money, I wouldn't hesitate on getting the airbag. I wish the 3D badge was made for the sedan!

I saw it on SFR - they have both sedan and coupe versions, and the sedan is more expensive. Has ANYONE ordered that one?

Thanks.

If you sell your oem airbag on ebay you spend less $ than you might think. May new KDM airbag cost me $95 after I sold my OEM airbag, which only took a few days to sell. Something to think about.

Do you have a link for the sedan version please?

I was wrong... it wasn't SFR. It was importshark.

It SAYS Sedan... whether it is accurate or not, I have no idea. This one is $17.50, whereas the one under the coupe link is $16.75...

Hey guys - this is a stupid question, for sure - probably answered before - but I saw this on KAI - -what is this? Tomato? T-Emblem? - I never heard of it, anyone else? Thanks - sorry if it's common knowledge :)

Thanks DG, You know I was looking for Tomato Genesis, etc., and I couldn't find anything but links to KAI - thanks - -

* You always feel that special bit of dumb, when someone posts a google search reply! :)

Do you have the link you used for the KDM airbag? Looking for the best price now.

Did the same stick-on as you and thought it belonged on a rusty 20 year old car that a teenager owns. Looks bad. Sold my OEM airbag, so my new airbag was under $100 essentially.

When you replaced the airbag did you have an airbag light pop up? Was the replacement easy?

I change mine with a large trunk emblem. I think it looks great some people don't like it . oh well. My car.

I just did it and had an SRS certified technician install it even tho I watched him and it didn’t seem all that hard but still let a professional do it. No light came on also

That huge wing looks atrocious on the air bag cover, but it's "your" atrocious, big daddy.

My flying H air bag emblem is starting to show signs of wear. The silver coating is fogging up a bit. Oh, well.
