  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Terrible smell from the A/C

I have also had a musty smell out of my AC for the last few weeks. But I want to be clear that this was a very sweet kind of smell. Not pleasant, but sweet. Kind of a sweetness that you would smell from a new plastic air mattress.

Hyundai technician (I'm living and driving in Korea) took one whiff, went straight to the glove box, removed the cabin air filter and showed it to me.

Fifteen minutes later, I was on my way. Cabin filter replaced and problem solved.

It's possible that different smells may have different reasons. With different solutions.

Do you by chance speak Korean? If so may I PM you? I am trying to get some documentation on the KDM headlights. Thanks!

Sorry man, I don't speak Korean. But try fiverr.com. Very cheap and effective Korean translation. I just recently used the service for Korean translation.
