The White Genesis???

Can anyone tell me why Hyundai will not release the white one??? they have every color in stock but white!! I have spoke to almost every Dealer in Los Angeles but they have know idea why its not out. so if someone knows anything please let me know.

I would like the to know that same question. I know that the Genesis is offered in Pearl White, but what is the hold up? This is the color I want want.

The factory is having trouble with the paint. They cant get the plastic parts to match the color of the metal parts.

I would like the to know that same question. I know that the Genesis is offered in Pearl White, but what is the hold up? This is the color I want want.

I was told by a dealer that Hyundai had some white ones but there was something wrong with the paint or the color didn't come out right and they are redoing something to get things right.

Maybe the paint formulation was or turned bad and the final result wasn't to appealing.

The answer that I got from Hyundai is that the head engineer is not happy with the white paint after the aging process. He said it looked like a Lexus and that wasn't good enough. He wants it to match perfectly, even years down the road.

This most likely is a mistake however I will pass it on. I was on www.autotrader.com and came across a Pearl White 4.6 Genesis. I couldn't see a price or whether it had the tech pkg. or not. It's listed at Hatfield Hyundai, Isuzu, Suburu in Columbus, Ohio Ph. No. 800-466-8089. I didn't call them or nothing. I got to think its a mistake but I figured that those of you that are interested in the pearl white might want to at least check it out.
