Touch up paint for 2011 white Genesis

I called the dealer to find if they stocked touch up paint (small pen-sized) and the rep said that Hyundai had a problem with the white color - drying out or something. He said I should contact a local auto paint supplier and have them mix some up for me. !

Anyone else encountered this?

Can you get small amounts from a supplier? Does it have a shelf-life for a consumer? How do you apply it?

(BTW, my CEL is coming on randomly now at 9k miles/9 months)
