We have a small boat - whole outfit (boat, motor, trailer) under 1000lbs.
We have been waiting to see if the new Genny would be all wheel drive (which all Canadian cars appear to be) cause we didn't want to use our 2010 Genny (rear wheel only) to tow cause I've seen too many people spinning rear wheels on a launch ramp.
The manual says towing not recommended. Presumably the new Genny will say the same thing.
Does this mean it will screw my warranty if I tow a boat such as mine, cause we like to go fishing maybe 4 or 5 times a year.
Has anyone towed with their Genny and what potential harm (with a small load) is there
Thanks
As an aside, we spent some time in Hollland this year and I watched a guy pull a 23 ft cabin boat out of the water with a BMW 3 series (with a stick) Somehow I don't think that's a good idea
