I'm not normally impressed by someone coming in 19th but looking at the top 18, yes, I am impressed. No shame in haveing a Corvette and Mustang beat the Family Truckster by a couple of seconds. Not to shabby for a 1st timer on all seasons! The car handled beautifully. If I had more runs I would've definitely knocked down some seconds. This big ol boat can handle some tight turns. It was a autocross course at the Pocono Raceway.View attachment 55214View attachment 55215

Totally agree!! The long wheel base really keeps it stable too! This was also my 1st time too. I definitely could squeeze a couple of more seconds off it. I'll try to get a dedicated wheel and tire setup next time.I do believe it's double wish bone up front and a multi link in the rear. Plus the meaty 275s really hook up.Yes - The Genesis handles very well for what it is!
There's a downhill freeway off ramp on my way home with a decreasing radius turn near the bottom, ending at a stop sign - I still marvel at how something this big stays so stable under trail braking...! Lotus really sorted out this big 'ol thing.
