  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Not to shabby for a 1st timer on all seasons! The car handled beautifully. If I had more runs I would've definitely knocked down some seconds. This big ol boat can handle some tight turns. It was a autocross course at the Pocono Raceway.IMG_20230820_195122.webpScreenshot_20230820-193830-046.webp

I'm not normally impressed by someone coming in 19th but looking at the top 18, yes, I am impressed. No shame in haveing a Corvette and Mustang beat the Family Truckster by a couple of seconds.

Not bad!!!

The Genesis 5.0 does handle and performs very well for it size(especially with good tires) and your track day results proves it.:)

I was dumbfounded on how hard it was to get this thing to actually step out it's very solid even around the hairpin! I had to be the heaviest car there too other than some r/ts. There was about 140 of us there. I linked the times if you guys wanted to check them out! Live Results - Generated: Sun 08-20-2023 16:56:03 / Every 1 min

Yes - The Genesis handles very well for what it is!

There's a downhill freeway off ramp on my way home with a decreasing radius turn near the bottom, ending at a stop sign - I still marvel at how something this big stays so stable under trail braking...! Lotus really sorted out this big 'ol thing.

Totally agree!! The long wheel base really keeps it stable too! This was also my 1st time too. I definitely could squeeze a couple of more seconds off it. I'll try to get a dedicated wheel and tire setup next time.I do believe it's double wish bone up front and a multi link in the rear. Plus the meaty 275s really hook up.
