Transmission problems

Hello I was wondering if you changed your solenoids, I’m having the same problem and think changing them is my only hope, and was wondering how you made out?

Thanks for the reply, had my car to the dealership and there are no codes to pin point the problem so I think I’m going to be changing the solenoids. Thank you

Hello, yes I am still driving the car it's my daily. There is 6 main solenoids colors black brown red and yellow I believe. Those are the shift solenoids. There is a video on YouTube about the 8 speed transmission and it pin points the 6 solenoids pretty good

Thanks again for your replies and for all your post on this forum. I changed the six solenoids today and although a little early to say but seems to have fixed my slipping shift issues. Thanks so much
