My apologies for the delay. The entire valve assembly was replaced including all solenoids from a (tested) donor transmission.

Figured that is what you did, it's too much of a gamble to just replace some parts on the valve body, which is why my rebuild had the same issues before and after

Where did you buy the valve assembly? I have a 12 R Spec with the same issue

The shop that did the repair salvaged it from a wrecked Genesis.
