Trouble with navigation in 2012 Genesis Coupe

I am having trouble with my navigation and was wondering if anyone else is having issues?

It does not code so the dealer can not see what is happening and each time I head to the dealer with it not working it begins to work so they can't see the issue. They have completely replaced my navigation but it has/is currently not working properly.

Mine takes a minute or two to boot, then the screen ask you for the waver to proceed. After that it is OK.

If you could explain what trouble you are having...what the system is or is not doing, it would be easier for others to know if their system does the same thing.

Other than outdated maps and Points of Interest, I had only one problem with my nav system. At first, I was trying to enter a destination before the system had locked to satellites and triangulated my location. In that situation, any time I touched the screen, my screen touch was interpreted as pointing to a location on the map and making it the destination.

As long as the system is tracking my current location correctly, it seems to operate just fine.
