Unpair past phones

Any luck with this yet?
I have the same problem with a 2010 Genesis Sedan.
basic display, no touch screen
It asks me for a Phone name, no list to choose from or say 'delete all'
If I say 'delete all' is say no phone is conected.

Is there an option to replace a phone? Options were like "add phone", "pair phone", "replace phone" on my 09 G37.
