For those of us with the US only market 18" wheels with the fluted wheel caps, you know that the Korean "Winged" caps don't fit the unusual shape of our rims.
I was bummed because those caps are the last exterior placements I have left of the "Flying H".
Well, today I applied a winged steering wheel badge I had ordered and noticed that the size was similar to the "H" on the wheel caps. I fetched the adhesive backing for the badge out of the trash (eww) and held it up to the wheel cap. Wadda you know. Almost a perfect fit!
So in theory you could order four steering wheel badges and stick them to your wheel caps. I'm not sure how well they would hold up to weather or being spun at several hundred RPM's, but it might be worth a shot. Four of these are still cheaper then new OEM wheel caps.
Thoughts?
