  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

US dealers who actually have the G70 available for sale.

Quick update for Virginia folks...there are actually 4 other dealers that got their VA franchise licenses. But...they have not received cars yet...so not sure if they are still finalizing with Genesis USA, etc.

Genesis of Newport News
Genesis of Western Branch (Chesapeake) - these guys should have gotten 2 cars this week
Genesis of Virginia Beach
Genesis of Roanoke Valley

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Come oooooooon California. I’ve come very close to buying other vehicles, but work and travel have kept me busy. I was hoping to come home to availability of the G70.

It has only been a few days since the last update but quite a busy long weekend. We have a new state (Arizona), two states that got their second dealer (Minnesota and Nevada) and Louisiana got three more dealers.

Hopefully things keep moving along at this pace.

I will crosspost in the similar thread.

That thing is gorgeous. In pictures I've always liked the gray stitching better but everyone says the red looks even better in person. Waiting is so hard.
I’ve seen both...hence gray.

Remember...stitching goes into the dash as well...not just seats.

Would you like looking at red stitching in front of you all the time? :)

Rosen Genesis of Algonquin, IL received shipment of 5 G70's yesterday. I just stopped by to check them out - no test drives yet as they weren't inventoried, etc. These will get sold near or at MSRP guaranteed, salesman said at least 12 people were checking in.

White 3.3T Sport
Gray 3.3T Prestige (not 100% on color)
The other three were Adriatic Blue, Red, and Siberian Ice.

First time seeing the car in-person, and I got to say the car is absolutely stunning. The fit and finish inside was incredible.

I'll have to see when I finally see one in person, but probably not.

I've been in a GTI with red stitching in the steering wheel for six years, I stopped seeing it while driving at least five years ago. But I do like seeing it while I'm stopped.

Oh, I know... I've been refreshing their inventory page religiously. I'm working out the numbers for the White 3.3T Sport right now, which is incorrectly listed as a design Green version but the window sticker says otherwise.

Still waiting on a callback.

Excellent, good luck! Hope you can pull off a deal you happy with.

I have seen a number of cars listed like that and then later changed. The green must be some type of default in their system or something and the cars are corrected later.

Let us know how it goes.

According to Genesis' website, the 2019s are now in North Carolina at Genesis of Burlington. I do not see the inventory on the dealer's web site or any third party sites. What also is odd is if I search for inventory using Burlington's zip code nothing shows up. If I use a Winston-Salem zip then the inventory at Burlington shows up. Will cross post in the similar thread.

My local genesis dealer in PA called me to let me know PA won't get G70s until Jan 2019. I told him I'll let him know of my interest if I don't drive one before then as I am in contact with NJ dealers.

Thanks for this, you're the man.

My local dealer here in NH got 5 a few weeks ago and they still have all 5 so I guess they are not flying off the shelf here at least. Looks like they also just picked up a couple of G80's and 1 G90. All 2019's.

Glassman in Southfield, MI has had 19 in stock for a long time. They want very close to MSRP and it isn’t working. Come spring time I see this vehicle being discounted as more dealers get stock and become competitive. If you can hold out for a little while it should pay off.

I'm paying msrp for mine :(. 38K for everything that comes in an advanced is worth it for me tho.

This is the unfortunate truth. I want to be rash and pull the trigger at MSRP, but I'm going to do the financially prudent thing and wait. The other nagging issue is the fact that the car comes with summer tires, meaning dropping another $2k to drive safely. How the hell are these dealerships going to do test drives during the winter with Michelin PS4s??
