Yep, roll and pull if you are slammed on coilovers. I wanted to go more aggressive than anyone else is doing. Bought a 100 dollar fender roller and did it all myself. Its not that hard but if you are afraid to work on your car, these probably aren't for you.

I want to put 22inch staggered rims on my 09 genny and i dont see anybody doing that any reason and why not

Number of reasons. Mainly, you'd be running on 20 or 25 series profile. You'll most likely bend or crack a wheel fairly quick. 21's would be the largest I would personally run, but tires are expensive, as are the wheels. If you did not lower the car, it would also tend to lean towards the Donk style. If that's what you are going for, by all means...it's your car. If you google 22's on a Genesis you should see some examples of how the end result would look...
19's would even look good, and you could go much lower, if that's your thing.
