Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I recently leased a new 2010 Genesis Sedan 4.6 w/Tech package. My issue is this: My system does not recognize the "Setup Commands" stated in the owners' manual Section 4|145-150. Thje voice commands are not available. The system prompts with the available commands and Stup is simply not availabe. I an disappointed as there are great features outline in the manual such as storing multiple numbers under the same entry, creating and storing new entries by voice as well as phone etc. I took my issue to my dealer only to have the service department tell me that my system does not have those features - well duh! I knew that. What can I do to get the features as outline in the manual. The alternative is a lot of work. Thanks for your help.
