Hi. The 18 inch wheels on 2011 Genesis feels more luxurious than 18 on 2012 so my Genesis is 2012 and i want to change the wheels and get those on 2011s , any ideas?! Will that wheel fit for 2012 Genesis and make it look good as on a 2011?? I will be thankful if any one can help me about that :)

You will need a jack and a lug wrench.

It is a direct exchange. They 2011 and 2012 have the same wheel options. The picture you posted shows the wheels that come with the Premium Package. You may have the Technology Package that comes with the dual-spoke 18" wheels. One thing to keep in mind is that Hyundai switched to Michelin tires in 2012, so you may want to look for 2012 take-offs if you are planning a complete wheel and tire swap.
 
The thumbnail and picture looks like the 2009-2011 17" Genesis wheel to me. Did Hyundai make a 17" Genesis Wheel that looked just like the 18"? I don't remember one.

The pic is of a 2009-2011 V6 with the optional 18" wheels. The base model 17's are different, I know cause I have them both.
The 18's on MY 2012 V6's were like the ones from 2009-2011 V8's.
