What did you pay for your new Genesis GV70?

Bought my 2.5 Sport Prestige on September 28th. Window sticker was $54,825. I leased it and paid $52,225 for $2,600 off sticker. They did add $405 for some sort of security that has all the doors and hood etc connected to the VIN. I wasn't too upset. I also sold my 2018 Audi A5 Sportback to Vroom for $39,842 so I got $7400 cash back.

We wanted a 3.5 Soort Advanced with a specific interior and exterior color. There were almost none available. We drove 2 hours and gladly paid MSRP.

3.5T Sport Prestige in Vik black w/vanilla beige. Delivery is to be whenever they can get one allocated to them and headed this way. $500 off MSRP only because I've bought a fair number of cars from that dealer group. Not sure what to do with my '16 Audi A7 - probably sell it myself...although I will miss it. It's tornado gray with a cedar brown interior...which was that year's "design selection"...of that combo there were exactly 5 (yes FIVE) imported into the US in 2016

Interesting... that is where I purchased by GV70. Was a good experience. Salesman had his off one of the days I was in the process of doing the deal but the sales manager filled in and gave a more-than-acceptable trade value for our 2014 Hyundai base line Genesis with 57k miles. Their Genesis salesman was also a great guy to work with. Love the GV70. Gave my 2019 G80 to the wife. Don't know why Genesis cannot get its act together and sell these cars and SUVs faster than any other luxury car mfg. They make a quiet, high tech, sprightly vehicle that looks better than great. Another nearby Genesis dealer had no stock (Spitzer had 3 at the time I was buying) and didn't seem interested in working with me. I also bought the G80 from Case (now Spitzer) in 2019 because the other dealer didn't want to deal.

Just purchased my 3.5T Sport Prestige this month after a lot of research and comparison between Jaguar/ Land-rover/ and Audi. Between chip shortages and preorders every dealer our area is short on vehicles. I have one of three 3.5T Prestige models that was available in our tri-state area.

I have never paid MSRP for a car in my life, and for over 6 months now every dealer at every brand has said the same thing, they have not had to negotiate on the price of a vehicle in over three months, because the shortage means they don't have to.

I did get a 1k rebate and the $500 military discount. Also, I got about 6k more on the sale of my used car through Carvana than I would have before the pandemic when I started looking. If you are looking to sell your old vehicle or trade up and its in good to great shape, now is the time! Chip shortages and hurricanes have had a positive affect on used car values nationwide, but especially here in the Mid Atlantic region. When they picked up my car it was already sold... sight unseen.

Many dealers are marking up new cars in our area... getting a luxury anything at MSRP is now considered a deal.

Paid MSRP minus $500 military discount and got them to throw in a free cargo mat ($150) here in NH

They told me if I was out of state and not a regular customer they would charge $3000 over sticker.

I'm looking to pick up the same combo. Should be the same price as well but I don't know if I'm getting a cargo mat. I had to order it. It's supposed to be here Oct 14th. We'll see though.

I wasn't sure if I would like the color combo after only seeing it on the web. But it a very striking color combo very rich looking inside and the VANILLA BEIGE gives you full leather seats no suede.

Got the 3.5T Sport Prestige, matte gray with the red interior in south Florida. Absolutely love it! Paid MSRP minus $500 veteran discount plus they gave me a crazy good amount for my trade. They had an extra window sticker that had a $5000 mark up but didn't pay any of that.

Please share with us prospective buyers what you paid for your GV70. Not so much interested in out the door price because every state is different on taxes, trade ins, etc. More interested in the amount you paid over MSRP, MSRP or under MSRP. Thanks for sharing.
