The parent company makes the presses, machines, conveyers, etc. that actually build the cars. Auto factories throughout the world-ie. Japan, Germany, USA, Australia, India, China all use Hyundai industrial equyipment to build thier cars. Hyundai has been manufacturing aluminum composite panels, fans, ships, construction machinery for decades. The inherent price advantages of a modern state of the art production capability flow to the consumer.
