Is it a good idea to throw rims on a 2013 r-spec

If the offset and width are proper and overall tire diameter is close to stock tire diameter, shouldn't be a problem.

I don't think it's a very good idea at all. You'll dent the panel and certainly crack/scratch the paint!

Do you mean Halos? You can get the angel eye rings off of Diode Dynamics I believe, but also ebay. All you'll have to do is open up your headlights to mount them.

There's also a seller on ebay that sells OEM '13 Foglights w/ bezels, wiring and steering column stalk. Complete oe install.
