I remember seeing this one on KAI awhile back but seems to not be there anymore?

It looks a lot better.

When I bought mine there was an error in the order and KAI had to get a replacement from Korea. During that process they indicated to me that the wheel is made by a small shop in Seoul - since KAI no longer carries the wheel I wonder if the shop may have folded.

This looks exactly like the one I bought from KAI before they discontinued it. I would bet it's from the same maker. We non-speakers of Korean would need some help navigating the website, though.

I'll be interested to learn if you guys get this wheel, and if so how much it costs. I seem to recall that I paid something like $600 for it from KAI a couple of years ago - pricey, but a great wheel. Excellent quality and a real solid, chunky feel, unlike the skinny OEM wheel.

I have ask Korean about the price as below:


wood grain cost 400USD, overall include 400USD(included profit) +shipping

Air bag with Wing flag 180USD(included profit) + shipping

About carbon fiber steering wheel they have not end product. it will add price from custom shop, I will get final price later.

Thank you peter...I would like the Black Piano wood to match my dash. I saw a few goodies on www.Doctc.com that looked great. Hard to get a good translation , but lots of goodies on there that I have never seen before.
