I am new to this forum, however I have owned other luxury brands over the years, and belonged to the associated owner forums. In all cases, the manufacturer participated in the forum. They would respond to inaccurate posts, address issues raised by customers, and generally enhance the owners perception of the manufacturers customer service. They would also ignore and not participate in trash talking or bitch session threads. I've looked around this forum, and unless I missed it , Hyundai does not participate.
If I'm correct and they don't participate , they should , it would make a difference in how the owners feel about how the manufacturer values them as customers.
